se a soft washcloth to clean the outside of your ear. Be careful not to insert the washcloth into your ear canal.
Wet a warm, damp cloth and fold it into a small square. Gently insert the cloth into your ear canal and rotate it.
If you see any earwax, you can gently remove it with the cloth. Do not use cotton swabs, as these can push the earwax further into your ear canal.
Use a dry cloth to dry your ears. Be sure to dry the inside of your ear canal as well.
You should clean your ears once a week to prevent earwax buildup and infections.
